Terms and conditions
The legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia stipulate that operators of Internet shops have to publish terms and conditions of goods delivery and a return policy, as well as the right of cancellation (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation).
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods available at this Internet shop, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Contract:
The Seller shall undertake to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with an order placed by the Buyer's.
Delivery and Settlements
The Buyer shall place an order using this website and indicating the desired goods and the number thereof. The Buyer shall receive an order confirmation and an invoice within 1–12 hours. The invoice shall be prepared in electronic format and shall be valid without a signature. The amount of the invoice shall consist of the price of the ordered goods and of delivery costs in the case the Buyer requires delivery. In the case the Buyer holds a gift voucher or any other discount coupons, the respective amount shall be deducted from the final amount of the invoice.
The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 3–10 days after the receipt of the payment for the goods unless a different agreement has been made with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer shall be entitled to decline the purchased goods within 14 calendar days after the receipt thereof by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a form of withdrawal upon the Buyer's request. The withdrawal shall state the reasons for cancellation of the purchase.
The Buyer shall be obliged to return the goods to the Buyer within 7 calendar days after the sending of the withdrawal. The goods shall be unused and undamaged. All expenditure related to the sending of the goods back to the Seller and returning of the payment to the Buyer shall be covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall not be entitled to the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- The purchased goods cannot be returned due to their character or they get spoilt or used fast (e. g. horse cookies, care products);
- The purchased goods have been procured specifically for the Buyer upon his/her request;
- The goods have been purchased at a discounted price.
Part six of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the consumer shall be liable for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period when the right of withdrawal is being implemented. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to deduct a compensation in the event the goods are damaged due to neglect or due to a failure to follow the instructions of use or if the original packaging has been lost or irreparably damaged.
Processing of Data
By entering the necessary information when placing an order the Buyer confirms that she/he is aware and agrees that his/her personal data will be used by the Seller to accept the order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the order will be send to his/her e-mail. The Seller values the Buyer's privacy and will use the received personal data of the Buyer only for the purposes for fulfilling the order.
